While icon served as the design-build mechanical partner, iENG's engineers and designers worked to help ensure the mechanical and process utility systems were thoughtfully planned, coordinated, and executed to meet the rigorous demands of a modern laboratory environment.

The laboratory core walls were designed and planned to be fully prefabricated offsite, allowing for precise installation and just-in-time delivery. Custom material handling solutions were developed to support this approach, minimizing field congestion while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
