Our Impact:
A new mixed-use development project presented another opportunity for iENG to demonstrate our world class brand.
Using our world class modularization approach, iENG designed the mechanical system for maximum offsite fabrication resulting in 117 duct risers, 51 pipe risers, 18 pipe and equipment modules.
This three-phase project consisted of three office towers and two podium parking structures totaling 3.6 million sq ft. each tower had a separate water-cooling HVAC system.
